First of all you need to go the Settings by clicking on the wheels in the top:
Here you will find the settings and you can choose Standard fees and Club groups. Let's start with the club groups:
Here there are some important settings that has to be set up before you can use the club groups in the tournaments. Club groups are used to set up the standard fees and who can enter the different classes in a tournament and how much it costs.
For the clubs that use online payment in their tournaments then this is very important.
Club groups:
Let's start with a look at a couple of different club groups.
This group below is for fulltime and Long Distance members in your own club:
The club group below is for all players in all clubs
This group is for all other clubs except your own club:
Standard fees:
Let's have a look at how to set up the standard fees as well.
First of all you need to go into Settings again and click on Standard fees:
In the example below we have set up the entry fee. This is an example for a tournament where there is one rate for adults and a cheaper rate for juniors. The entry needs to be paid by everyone in the tournament no matter what club you come from etc.
In the next example we have set up the greenfee as a standard fee. The fulltime members will then pay 0,-, but the Flex members and the guests from other clubs will pay 125,- for juniors and 250,- for the adults.
We will recommend that you take some time and make sure that you do all the pricing on paper or in a spreadsheet before you set it up in GolfBox Tournament. Then there is less room for error.
If you get this done correctly it can be used over and over again.
