Value cards are designed to be sold with a fixed value which can be higher than what you pay for the card. This can be seen as a value card that can be used for all your products in Proplanner or it can be customized so it fits the value of X times a specific lesson.
To create a value card then you first of all need to go to the Value cards menu. Here you will see an overview of the value cards that has been created, how many there has been sold etc. To create a new value card you click on "Create value card" above the overview.
Then you will need to input the details for the value card that you are creating. Explanations will be seen below the picture.
1. Give the value card a name. It will be visible so try to be as specific as possible.
2. Here you choose the expiry date for the value card. It can be from 1 month to "two years after end of year after purchase" or even a specific date.
3. Here you choose whether the value card should be visible to the clients or not. If it's visible, then the players will be able to see the value card and buy it online, if you have online payment in Proplanner.
4. Here you can write a description for the value card.
5. Here you set the cost for the value card. This is how much the value card will cost for the clients.
6. Here you set the value of the value card. This is the value that can used for lessons, courses etc.
7. This is the discount percentage you're offering. If the cost is 80€ and the value is 100€, then you will see that you have offered a discount of 20%.
8. Here you can choose which of the pros the value cards are valid for. This will be valid for all lessons and courses with the specific pros.
9. Here you can customise which lesson types you want the value card to be valid for. This is not required - if nothing is ticked then it will just be valid for all the lessons and courses the pro offers according to number 8 above.
Finally you click CREATE in the bottom of the screen and the value card is created.
If a value card has been sold once, then it can no longer be deleted as they must be kept in the system for accounting purposes. You can though make it invisible for the clients so they can't be seen online as in number 3 above. It is also possible to archive a value card and then it can no longer be sold. You do that by clicking on the specific value card and click ARCHIVE in the bottom. When it's archived it can't be reactivated, but you can still check them to see which value cards you have sold.
Even if a value card is archived, the sold value cards are still valid as long as there is still a value on the sold cards and it hasn't expired yet.
If you want to see which value cards you have archived, then you just tick off in "Show archived".
