Getting started with ProPlanner — trial, setup and go-live

How does the trial work?

Register a free trial at: https://www.golfbox.net/proplanner-trial#/

Important: Use a work/pro email address — not a personal one. Using a personal email already linked to your golfbox player account will cause login conflicts.

What happens in Trial mode:

• You can set up everything: calendar, availability, courses, instructors, equipment, pricing
• Nothing is visible to players or members while you are in Trial mode
• When ready to go live, contact golfbox support — they publish your setup

Trial expiry: Trials expire if left inactive. If your trial is gone when you return, register a new one.

Pricing: Base licence is NOK 3,500/year, includes up to 5 pros and 2 locations.
