A new season is at your doorstep and there are a few things to remember in order to open up your calendar so that the players can book.
Open calendar in CALENDAR SETTINGS
Each staff in the business unit has a setting to open and close the calendar for players. In principle, they make the calendar of the individual staff visible / not visible.
Many staff has a calendar that is open until the end of the season. In order for players to view the staff calendar in the new season, it is necessary to change the date in "Opening for players to". This is done under SETUP - STAFF and then on the individual staff.
CREATE NEW AVAILABILITY
Once the calendar has been opened (made visible) to the player, it is necessary to open the calendar for booking. This is done by adding one or more availabilities. This is done by adding new availability under CALENDAR - AVAILABILITY. Remember that it is both staff and equipment that needs availability.
Change lesson visibility (optional)
On each individual lesson, it is possible to set visibility for the lesson. This should only be used if you have a lesson for a limited period, and therefore not if it is a standard lesson. However, we know from experience that some users set the visibility of lessons to be the same as availability (which in that case is unnecessary, and if so the visibility of the lessons should just be removed). If this is the case, then the visibility of the lessons must also be changed. This is done in the individual lessons under CALENDAR - LESSONS.
Once the above things are in place, the player should be able to book times during the new season.
