1. Introduction

Trackman Setup is used to integrate GolfBox with Trackman simulators.  
The integration requires API keys from Trackman, which are entered here.  
When the integration is active, Trackman bookings can be synchronised with the GolfBox tee time booking system.

API keys are obtained directly from Trackman. Contact Trackman support or your club's Trackman representative to get the Client Id and Client Secret. TrackMan has ended our cooperation. This integration is now only available for existing customers; new customers cannot sign up for it.

2. Access

1. Go to Booking in the main menu.
2. Choose Booking Setup.
3. Click Trackman Setup i the submenu.

3. Configuration

The page contains one section with two fields:

Field	Description
Client Id	Unique identifier for your Trackman integration. The format is typically a UUID followed by .apps.trackman.com
Client Secret	Secret key that authenticates the connection to the Trackman API. Treat it like a password – do not share it.

Client Secret is a secret key. Do not share it with unauthorised persons and do not store it in publicly accessible documents.

4. Troubleshooting

• If the integration doesn't work after Save – double-check that Client Id and Client Secret are copied correctly without spaces.
• Expired keys cause synchronisation to stop. Contact Trackman to renew.
• No Trackman bookings are shown in GolfBox – check that the resources are correctly set up under Booking Setup → Overview.
