The new Club admin site for the Union App contains four different menus; Club Info, Course Status, News and Banners/Ads. The menu itself can be found under Club -> Club Info.
Step 1:
First of all you need to set up Club Info. When you have set up Club Info the three other menus become available.
In Club Info you have to set up the following information and you can upload a picture as well, that will be shown in the top part of the club site in the app:
Step 2:
When the Club Info has been set up the three other menus are active. Then you will be able to add News, Course Status and a Banner/ad in the bottom of your club site in the app. The different menus are explained below.
Course Status:
Here you can set the current course status. We have three default settings and then you can add an extra text explaining a bit more about the status of the course. The picture used here is the picture you can upload under Club Info.
News:
In the news section you can simply click New to create a news story. When you have clicked New you can set up the news story you want as in the picture below.
You need to add a title, a link for where you can send the players when they click the article and select the width of the story. You can also choose whether the news story should be available to members only or for all players visiting your club site in the app and in the end you write the news text and a picture.
Banners/Ads:
In this menu you can add banners/ads to the bottom of your club site. When you click on Banners/Ads and you click New, then you get the options in the picture below. Here you can add a link for the banner and the weight of how frequently it's shown in the app. You can add more than one banner if you want to. And then you add the picture you want to use for the banner.
