Order of Merit - Create breakdown template

Create breakdown template

1. Click on "ORDER OF MERITS" in the main menu

2. Click "Create breakdown template" in the upper left side

3. Enter the name of the template

4. Select the list size in regards to how many positions shall receive money/points

5. Enter the percentage of the total amount of money/points each position shall receive. Total must be 100%.

6. Click on COMPETITIONS in the main menu and click on the specific competition you want to connect with an OOM

7. In SETUP you click EDIT relating to ORDER OF MERIT

8. Click ADD NEW (relates to adding a new connection to an existing OOM)

9. Select the right OOM in the dropdown menu. When the system detects that the selected OOM is the result type "Most Prize Money" or "Most Points", the breakdown list will open

10. Select the class which results should be transferred to the OOM

11. Select a total amount of money/points to be received

12. Choose the right breakdown template in the drop down list and click GO

Now money/points are distributed to each position based on the persentage af the total amount
