Course Loop module

The GolfBox course loop module makes it possible to have one or more loops and automatically get a merge time when booking tee times.

You set up a standard time for merging, e.g. 2 hours and 10 minutes, and then choose the sequence of the loops.

When a time is booked, the system checks whether only 9 holes can be booked, or whether 18 holes can be booked.

If there is room for 18 holes at the merge time, this is booked automatically with a clear indication that it is a merge time rather than a marking on a start time. This means that if there is a two-ball and 2 others want to join at the merge time, they are in no doubt that the original two-ball only plays 9 holes.

It is possible to combine the course loop module in different ways.

9-hole loop – booking is done on one and the same resource, and the merge time appears e.g. 2 hours and 10 minutes later.

1st and 10th tee – if you want to be able to start on both the 1st and 10th tee, you set up 2 resources and a merge time will automatically be booked on the other tee, regardless of whether you start on the 1st or 10th tee.

27 holes – if you have 3 loops you can have 3 times as many start times and automatically merge the groups into the following loop.

The price of the course loop module is 4,000 DKK excl. VAT as a one-time payment.
