Deviations to how long before it’s possible to book

It is now possible to make deviations to how long before it’s possible to book. This can be deviated by invoice groups, static groups and groups from other clubs. This means that if Fulltime members should be able to book 7 days in advance while long distance members only should be able to book 4 days in advance, then it’s now possible to make deviations for this.

You do this by clicking at Resources and then you click on the resource where you want to make the deviation. Here you scoll down until you see the menu called “Booking on Website”. Here we have added a button called “Add deviation”.

When you click on the “Add Deviation” button a new line will appear below, where you can make the deviation you want.

1. Choose the group that you want the deviation to be made for.
2. Choose the number of minutes/hours/days.
3. Choose if members of the group, that the deviation is made for, can add members from other groups or greenfee guests with the same deviation.

After these steps the deviation has been created. To make it work then please remember to click update in the bottom of the screen.

If you want to remove the deviation then you need to choose the group called “None” and click update. Then the deviation will disappear.
