After you have contacted Golfbox again after your successfull setup of your user, then Golfbox will create your organization which you then have to finalize afterwards. This is explained below.
- You will receive an e-mail from Golfbox where you have to finalize the onboarding process. It will look like this link.
- Click on the link and login with the e-mail address and password you have created.
- Company type
- Choose the role the decision maker holds. In most Scandinavian golf clubs there is no owner, but you as a manager kan tick off Controlling person and Signatory to do both roles. Please tick off the correct fields in the below picture.
- Click Next to finish the personal details and go to Adress information.
- Click Next to see a Summary of the details you have provided. Click on the pencil icon to edit. If the data is correct then please click Submit in the bottom right corner.
- Now you need to add a bank account for where you want the payouts to be transferred to. You can either verify through your mobile banking app/website or by uploading a bank statemant. Choose the desired option as in the example below.
- If you choose the first option then you need to choose the correct bank to connect your bank account. After this you have to follow the next steps via your bank - this can be different from bank to bank.
- If you choose the second option then you need to add your bank account details manually and Click Next.
- Then you will need to upload a bank document. Please choose the desired document type and follow the instructions for download.
- At last you need to check the summary to see if everything is correct and if you agree, then click Submit.
- After 1-2 days your application will be reviewed and approved. Golfbox will keep an eye on applications that for some reason needs extra attention before approval.
- Golfbox will create the agreed Stores and payment agreements and add the corrects ID's in the Golfbox areas you desire - that can be teetime booking, member sign up, Tournament and Proplanner.
