To apply for a GolfboxPay account you need to send an e-mail to support@golfbox.dk
with the following information:
- VAT number for the company/club
- Name of the company/club
- Name and date of birth (dd.mm.yyyy) of the contact person

- After you have applied for a GolfboxPay account you will receive an e-mail with an invitation where you can create a user. The invitation looks like this. Please click on View Invitation.
- Click on Create Account and fill out first name, last name, e-mail address and password. Password has to be at least 8 characters, capital letters, small letters, a number and a special character. Click on Create Account, when the fields has been filled out correctly.
- After you have created your user account you need to go back to the first e-mail you got with the invitation. Here you need to click on View Invitation once again. This time you click on the Login button instead.
- Please use the e-mail address and password you just created to login.
VERY IMPORTANT !
It's very important that you get the same picture after login as the one below. If not, then please try again.
When you get the correct picture below, then please click Accept.
If you don't get this picture then please send an e-mail to support@golfbox.dk and let us know that you don't get the chance to accept the invitation. Please provide us with the e-mail address and password you have created.
When you have clicked on the green Accept button you will get a confirmation.
Please click on Verify Account and you will receive another e-mail where you have to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address.
When all the above is done you need to get back to us at GolfBox Support and tell us that your user has been successfully created. Then GolfBox Support will get back to you as soon as possible.
